She studied media art and sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, as well as theater, film and media studies at the University of Vienna. It is the artist’s consistent conceptual approach which not only redirects gender policy within the art world and institutionalized systems of hierarchy and regulation, but also advances the breaking of social and artistic rules in order to put issues such as appropriation, authorship, literary property, or the question of the original or copy.
