As part of this summer event, we are delighted to present the new, very subtle and understated studio extension by architect Max Schönherr.
In the coming future, the villa will be regularly inhabited by artists and scholarship holders, and the studio will now provide them with sufficient space to work.
Celebrate with us and get to know Nana Mandl (*1991 in Graz) and her work in person, who will be the first artist to work in the studio. There will also be an impressive performance by Oleksii Kolbei (*1997 in Ukraine) in the villa's adapted garden.

Artist Talk Amanda Burzić

As part of PREMIERENTAGE 2025, artist Amanda Burzić talks to curator Lena Ganahl about her exhibition "Can you hold this for me but hold it tight" in the Art Box of the Klocker Museum. The title of the exhibition is as tender as it is urgent – an appeal for reliability, closeness and control, which also describes the central tension in her artistic practice: holding on to things and meanings, letting go of function and rules.
